Parents Weekend Invitation

As King's parents, you are invited to attend this year's Parents Weekend on Friday, September 30 through Sunday, October 2. Parents Weekend is the perfect opportunity to get a sense of the journey your students have been on after you dropped them off.

In a short amount of time, your students will come to know their roommates, attend Fall Retreat, participate in the House Drama Competition, experience King's academic life, and explore their new "home-away-from-home" in New York City.

Events begin on Friday, September 30 at 4:30 p.m. and continue through the afternoon of Saturday, October 1. Sunday, October 2 is a free day where we encourage parents to attend church with their students.

Parents Weekend Schedule

Friday, September 30 (Business casual attire is appropriate.)
4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Parents Welcome Reception | 1st Floor Lobby

Saturday, October 1 (Casual attire is appropriate.)
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Breakfast | 1st Floor Lobby

10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Faculty Lectures | Respective Classrooms

11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Campus Tours | 1st Floor Lobby

11:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. 3rd Annual High Tea Luncheon & Presidential Address | City Room (CR 516)

Sunday, October 2
Free day for parents to attend church and spend time with their student.
